These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the text-message program operated by Desert Drive Auto Sales Inc (“Desert Drive Auto Sales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and requesting to be contacted, you agree to these Terms.

Desert Drive Auto Sales – Customer Care & Sales Follow-Up. We send one-to-one informational and promotional text messages to customers who have submitted an inquiry about a specific vehicle. Our sales team uses text messages to answer questions, schedule test drives and appointments, and share pricing and financing options for the vehicle you are interested in.
2. How you opt in
You provide your mobile number and request contact by submitting a vehicle or financing inquiry and checking the SMS consent box on our website lead form (desertdriveautosales.com), by phone, in person, or on automotive marketplaces where you shopped (such as CarGurus, CARFAX, or Cars.com). By submitting your number with a request to be contacted about a vehicle, you consent to receive follow-up text messages from Desert Drive Auto Sales about your inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and participate in our text message program.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our team.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
6. Opt out – reply STOP
You can cancel the text message service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new inquiry or ask a team member to contact you.

8. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
